Hi, I’m Namrata. I am a product designer passionate about untangling complex problems and guided by the belief that

God is in the details.

I began my career in software engineering before stumbling upon product design and pursuing a master’s degree in design.

Since then, over the past five years, I’ve specialized in designing enterprise software for leading organizations like ServiceNow and Gainsight—creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that bring delight to users and, in turn, to product managers too!

Rooted in first-principles thinking and fueled by curiosity, I’m always exploring—whether that means mastering a new tool, experimenting with emerging technologies, or imagining how AI can become a more collaborative teammate.

While my tech foundation sharpens my analytical thinking, my creative instincts bring empathy and storytelling into every solution I craft.

Beyond the world of design, you’ll often find me painting, strumming my ukulele, baking, cooking, or happily organizing life through endless lists.
